Hola!! Maria nos puso un comentario para que leyéramos su blog, pasános la dirección y prometemos leerlo!!

Por otro lado, les cuento que como regalo de cumple me hice el brushing de oro que les comentaba en una entrada anterior. Fue el sábado, y hoy de tarde me retiro el producto en la pelu de Patricia, así que a partir de mañana les cuento cómo me está yendo con esto.

Y otra, cambiando de tema: el retinol que me pongo algunas noches me deja la piel roja y muy sensible al otro día de habérmelo aplicado (son los años, porque antes no era así!!!) así que lo estoy usando sólo dos veces por semana. Eso sí, los días siguientes la piel queda espléndida, lisita y de color uniforme. Vale la pena el esfuerzo y recuerden que esto sólo se hace en invierno!! Hay que aprovechar estos días feos. Pero no sabía cómo disimular la rojez del primer día de aplicación y me compré la crema de Eucerin, la antienrojecimiento (es para piel sensible con rosácea) de día con FPS 15. No saben lo divina que es!! Me calma la irritación, tiene un tonito verde que al aplicarse neutraliza las rojeces de la piel y esta queda mate, con un tono homogéneo. Cómprenla si tienen problemas de rojeces o rosácea. Vale unos $750 uruguayos. Si llevan receta de médico sale más barata porque es un producto medicinal.

First a disclaimer: Although I don't own any stock in Kaiser, nor do I have any friends or relatives working there, I thoroughly love the treatment my family and I have been receiving from them for almost 30 years now! So, although I'm not trying to sell you anything I recommend Kaiser Permante without hesitation - it's worked for us!

Okay, down to the nitty-gritty of this video - I seriously injured my left knee while backcountry skiing on a Saturday afternoon near the Continental Divide in early March. It hurt and bled so much, on the trail, that I almost vomited (I don't know why I'd have that kind of reaction to an injury but I did...). So, as you can see from all of the associated videos, I made my way back to Denver over a slippery and congested Interstate 70 to Kaiser's after-hours clinic in Lakewood (the only one I could remember the location of that was close to the highway).

The medical staff at Kaiser gave me immediate attention and spent a lot of time and effort cleaning, prepping, and suturing the wound. You can see all of their efforts in the associated videos I've posted. Although they gave me permission to record what they were doing I tried to avoid revealing anyone's identity - I think I was successful despite an average of four (4!) people assenting me at any one time!

After their work was completed I ended up with seven (7) stitches and a bottle of Cephalexin...
